This recipe was fairly simple to make and added a lot more crunch than I expected. I used Bren's seasoning which is local to our area. I actually met the man who made the seasoning in our local market. He asked me if I tried it and I said "no," so I ended up purchasing some. His website can be found here and we used the Original Blend.

Don't Want to Use Ramen?

That's okay! This recipe isn't for everyone. You can also try panko breadcrumbs for a more familiar taste or try my Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Tenders with Popcorners Spicy Queso for another crunchy recipe.

How to Make Crispy Chicken Tenders (Step-by-Step) 🔥

Step #1: Set out three bowls – You’ll need one bowl for crushed ramen, one for the flour mixture, and one for eggs.

Step #2: Crush the ramen – In the first bowl, add the crushed dry ramen noodles. I used a mallet to smash them lightly on a plate. A rolling pin works too!

Step #3: Mix the dry ingredients – In the second bowl, combine flour, seasonings, cornstarch, and the ramen seasoning packet.

Step #4: Prep the eggs and chicken – In the third bowl, whisk the two eggs. Cut the chicken into thin tenders. Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F.

Step #5: Coat the chicken – Dip each chicken piece in egg, then dredge in the ramen mixture. Place in the Air Fryer basket.
