I wanted to try this crispy air fryer chicken recipe because I like Caesar Salad and thought this would be a unique twist on breaded chicken. I also love the fact that this was Air Fried which made the chicken extra crispy and took less time than baking. The dredge for this didn't contain eggs, it was Caesar dressing and milk which is an interesting combination, right?

- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder

- 1 cup Caesar Dressing
- 1 cup Milk
- PAM or cooking spray
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenders
Note: For extra tenderness, let the chicken rest in the Caesar and milk mixture for 10–15 minutes before breading. If your coating looks too dry, add 1–2 tablespoons more dressing to help it adhere better.

✓ Step #1: Gather ingredients – Start by gathering all of your ingredients and tools for an efficient prep process.
