Why This Pot Roast is So Good
This recipe is super simple, but the flavors really shine. From the tangy kick of the Italian seasoning to the rich depth that comes from the ranch and gravy packets, every bite is bursting with flavor. The pot roast itself is so tender, it just melts in your mouth.
The texture of the pot roast is creamy, soft, and flavorful. The meat practically melts in your mouth, and the carrots are perfectly tender. The seasonings and veggies soak up the flavors and complement the pot roast wonderfully. This is a perfect Sunday meal or a special meal to make during the winter months.
Customize This Pot Roast To Your Liking
For this version, I didn’t have any additional sides - the potatoes and carrots were filling enough. You can easily omit the potatoes and carrots and serve it with sides like mashed potatoes, green beans, or garlic bread. Even a sourdough bread would go well with this.
