The Perfect No-Bake Sweets You’ll Want on Repeat

Do you love sweets as much as I do but don't want all of the added sugar and extra unnecessary ingredients? I have curated a list of six no-bake sweets that you will have on repeat. Several of these recipes contain protein powder and are perfect as pre- or post-workout snacks or midday pick-me-ups. Others are snack mixes or cereal bars for kids and adults alike that are easy to make, will last for days, and replace the sugary snacks you may have in your cabinet.

What Makes These Recipes Unique

I wanted to share recipes that were nostalgic, budget-friendly, longer-lasting, healthier, and easier to make overall. These six recipes tasted amazing and are recipes that I have made over and over. They not only taste good but also provided me with energy and offered my family healthier alternatives.

Raspberry Protein Bites

If you love a sweet treat before or after a workout, or even a late night snack, these No-Bake Raspberry Protein Bites are a great option. They satisfy your sweet tooth while offering an energy boost.

If you need a pick-me-up throughout the day, just have one or two of these and you will be full until your next meal. With a 10-minute prep time and 1 hour freeze time, they will be done in no time at all! These protein bites are made with simple ingredients - cashew butter, oats, syrup, protein powder, chocolate chips, and freeze-dried raspberries. Simple, easy, and delicious!

Easy No-Bake Cereal Bars

If you have children or love cereal treats, you will want to make these. These bars consist of your favorite cereal (we combined Cinnamon Toast Crunch with Lucky Charms) covered in ooey gooey sticky marshmallows and butter. It's a sweet treat that both adults and children will love.

Although not the healthiest, I did compare the ingredient list of Lucky Charms cereal bars to this 4-ingredient cereal bar and I can tell you that the lists do not even compare.

This is the perfect marshmallow sweet treat for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or even a dessert, that the entire family will love!

No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

These bars are SO good. There are different layers to this recipe and once it sets, the filling tastes surprisingly soft - kind of like a caramel texture - even after being in the freezer. The bottom layer to these bars consist of a butter layer combined with sugar and brown sugar. The middle layer is a fudge-like texture of cream cheese, peanut butter, and almond extract. The top layer is melted chocolate and heavy cream.

If you love a sweet dessert, this is definitely it! You will not be able to stop at just one.

Valentine's Day Snack Mix

This Valentine's Day snack mix was a huge hit in our house as we just made it recently. It was very addicting and hard to eat just a little bit at a time. To go with the Valentine's Day theme, I purchased Strawberry Vanilla Chex cereal and combined it with pink and white candy melts, Cupid's Blend M&M's, powdered sugar and red sprinkles.

This made a huge freezer bag full and it lasted about a week for us. It's a super simple snack, I would often grab a spoon and just eat a few spoonfuls at a time. You can serve immediately or save for later.

Candy Cane Cookie Dough Protein Bark

I love this recipe so much I have made it twice in just a few short weeks. This candy cane bark is so easy to make, I have a few pieces as an afternoon pick-me-up or as a sweet treat after dinner. It combines protein powder with almond flour, syrup, coconut oil, chocolate chips, and it's all topped off with a layer of candy cane finishing sugar.

The instructions are simple for this recipe - combine all ingredients together, lay it out on parchment or a sprayed sheet, freeze, add a chocolate layer and freeze again. Super easy, super delicious, and tastes just like a cookie dough with a taste of candy cane. Who says you can only eat candy cane during the holidays?

No-Bake Viral Japanese Cheesecake

You may have seen this recipe going around social media - it was all over my feed so of course I had to try it. This Japanese Cheesecake recipe only has two main ingredients - Greek yogurt and Biscoff cookies. That's it. All you do is add the cookies to the yogurt and let it sit overnight in the fridge. The cookies turn into a graham cracker crust and the yogurt becomes soft like a cheesecake filling. If you haven't tried it, you need to!
